OVERVIEW XRF Thin-Film Sample Support Windows

 

XRF thin-film sample support windows are necessary adjuncts to XRF Sample Cups; it’s useless to have one without the other. An XRF thin-film window is a polymeric substance intended to safely retain a specimen in an XRF Sample Cup and have the necessary properties for chemical resistance from sample attack, particularly in liquid stages, and transparency to x-rays. Few substances are available to fill this requirement but the few that exist are unique and available through XRFSampleCups.
